Today I went to several locations to get a tire checked with no luck and i ended up here. I was floored with their presentation , availability, friendly service from all their staff and customer care. Water and snacks were provided. Despite having a full house they checked and patched my tire for free. Who does that anymore? Shout out to Adam for taking care of the problem. I will return again.

Where the family usually bring our cars to have them fixed. Seann, their manager, always do a good job. Since they have their own car wash center, it's their standard practice to have free car wash after each service. Can't beat that service, huh. Ofyou course, you need to extend some gratuity to the guy who hands you over your car keys, who usually does the final drying up.

I don't have enough kind words to say about this place. I sent a message on yelp asking how much it would be to diagnose my car and when they had the next available appointment and they said to come right in. My brother took my car for me while I was at work they checked it out right away, gave us lots of information about what was wrong and sent us on our way. No pressure to have the repairs done there just excellent service and people. Highly recommend, we will be taking all our cars there in the future!

My go to place for oil, wash, breaks and soon tires. Great service. My only complaint on my last visit for break replacement was that i was told a couple of hours for break replacement and ended up being there 5 hours total (including wash).

I definitely recommend this shop! It is conveniently located next to a gas station and my regular car wash spot. The tire pressures on my car kept setting off, so before washing the car I decided to stop by to ask for a consultation. Hiram, the operations manager was very helpful and the mechanics at the shop were detail oriented and provided an excellent service.

I had low tire pressure on my way to work. When I got to work I noticed it was very flat. It was a Sunday and they were open. I took my car in with no appointment. They took me in after a few minutes. They were good about the time it took to fix it. They told me I had a nail in my tire and they patched it up. I also asked for a tire rotation which they did as well. After a day my tire pressure gauge turned back on. I took it back thinking they patched it incorrectly(again no appointment). When I got there they took my car in right away. It turned out I had a new hole in the tire (that's my luck). Adam was very helpful. He did a fantastic job stopping what he was doing to help. Even though it was a new hole and I came back a day later they fixed it free of charge. On a side not they have an awesome waiting room with TV And snacks. Over all I would recommend this place. They are honest and very professional. Thanks Adam and thanks Downey Car Care Center.
