Downey Auto Repair

The guys here are great! We are on a first name basis. They always ask me if I need any coffee, water and what my concerns are. They work efficiently and give me a heads up for future problems that may come across so I can get them addressed. The quality of work here is outstanding here. That's why I get everything done here. One last thing, I always get a free vacuum and car wash out of it!

I came in for an oil change. They performed an overall inspection and one of by belts was damaged, they informed me of the problem. I approved the repair was out of there less then an hour..

You can schedule an appointment or drive right on in. They're pretty quick and will fix the problems but run a bit pricey - that's why 4 instead of 5 (you do get a free car wash though - that made me happy, warm, and fuzzy - until I got the bill).

Very helpful an attentive

I took my vehicle to Downey Care Center,for some Major Work.They were Very Reasonable,an they did a Great-Job,Luis was my Technician,he kept me informed,an did a"Great Job"!,the Other employees are Great as well,Mike,Edger,and Sean.If I have anymore issues with my vehicles,their the ones I'll be returning too,thks guys!

The manager made a great attempt to right the situation. Unfortunately my concern was the smell in the car witch is still there and then the oxidation and superficial scratches witch are still there. Is what it is. But there was created strong effort to making it right first that I'd say thanks 3 days later and my seats are still soaked the moisture in the car messed up the windows. It's a fricken mess
