Patricia said there was a mix up with the light. It turned on indicating that she needed oil. They were able to check everything out and it was rectified. They fixed the problem and everything was fine.

Recently stopped by for a brake service. The techs walked me through any unforeseen maintenance issues and offered alternatives and suggestions to help fit my budget. This is my first visit to the Car Care Center although I have been going to the car wash for years. The facility is clean and modern in appearance. The technicians are dressed professionally for their work. The waiting area is very clean and more than accommodating. I admit, this Service Center has the appearance of a well kept and probably overpriced mechanic shop. Meaning that the customer is going to be paying extra for all the bells and whistles this place offers. However, I could not have been more wrong. They service and labor is more than fairly priced. I'm pleasantly surprised and happy to say I should have started coming here long before I did. They even email you and keep track of your service records. Thank you Downey Car Care Center, and thank you Shawn for the top notch service!

Came in with no appointment for a check engine light & was helped within 5 minutes. Vehicle was checked at no charge and was diagnosed with a fuel cap leak. Instead of trying to sell me a fuel cap from their inventory they sent me to the dealer to get a better quality cap. That's the kind of service that's appreciated
