I've been coming here for 3 yrs now, and my car has always been taken care of.

I never have an appointment I just come in get serviced while waiting in an accommodating waiting room its super fast and never had any problems staff is very helpful on answering any questions and informing me on what service I need or will need in the future On the other business side is the car wash they never do a good job on drying the car or cleaning windows or tire's they even left my car waiting in the heat for a good 20 minutes before drying it and of course I had water spots

Lincoln said the personnel at the business did a good job fixing the locking system on his vehicle. However, he's still having issues so he'll have to return.

This place is amazing. It's a small shop behind the also amazing car wash. I've only service my vehicle here a few times and have brought my buddy here. Every single time I've been helped out by a gentleman named Edgar who has gone above and beyond to make sure that we were happy with the service. They even offer financing. There is a window conveniently located between the work station and the waiting room just so that you feel confident knowing that they are actually changing out your oil and not just cleaning the oil filter with brake cleaner to make it look new. They will also show you what they removed from your vehicle and what they are replacing it with. Edgar was nice enough to show me exactly what was going on with one of the wheels on my buddies car. It was hidden damage that eventually could have been hazardous and we would've never found out unless he told us about it. The work that they did to his car required them to keep the car till the next morning and we were informed that they would give us a ride back home and even pick us up in the morning when the vehicle is finished! I've never heard of that. They are truly amazing.

My son need an honest reliable mechanic to repair his brakes. I Immediately refered him to Downey car care(Mike). I told my son that Mike was the man. I was so glad that my son came home and told me. "Thanks dad for sending me to Mike." He said Mike was very Professional and knowledgeable. Great Job Mike!
