There is nothing negative to say about these guys. I come in and they listen to my problems and suggest the best care options for my vehicle. I just got my engine flushed, radiator flushed, transfer case serviced, fuel injection serviced, transmission fluid exchanged, spark plugs & wires replaced and they even did me a solid by replacing my head lights and turn signals for me (I brought them in). All for an unbelievable low price and the craftsmanship is second to none! I was getting on average 15.2 mpg on my '03 GMC Yukon 5.3L SLT. Now I'm at 18.4!!! The best part is, I was looking good on the highway to Palm Springs with a complimentary car wash that was sparkling. I love this place. You will too!

Walked in on a Saturday at noon. When I called ahead, I told him I wanted a full synthetic oil change, and he said it would take about 20 minutes. With the few people ahead of me, it took an hour for my Full Synthetic Oil Change. I got there and filled out paper work, but there was no option to put what I wanted (except for the extras). When I saw they pulled up my car and opened the hood, I went out to tell them I wanted Full Synthetic since he hadn't asked. That's the only thing that had made me nervous. The wait was nice. There was water, WiFi, snacks, A/C, Magazines, Phone Charger, and Pre-Chosen stuff on TV in their waiting room. They notified me over the phone that first time customers got a free full service car wash (though I'd already seen it on Yelp). When the oil change was finished, they sent me to the car wash area to pay. Then I waited for my car to finish being wiped down, tipped the guy who helped, and I was on my way. For Full Synthetic on my Kia Soul, the price was $93.25. I used the coupon that Yelp linked me to, and I got $15 off, so I paid $78.25. It worked out since there was a good car wash thrown in. It was a nice place that put a lot of effort into making sure their customers were happy. Good atmosphere with a friendly staff.

I had such an amazing experience first time around that I went back for the second time. I got new shoes for my car and the best deal in town, in addition tof getting old coolent flushed out, adding new one. Over all I was happy with the facility, prices, customer service.

Took my 95 Toyota 4Runner in for an inspection. I was hearing a noise that sounded like a leak but it was ticking and followed the rhythm of the engine RPM. Alonso took care of me and troubleshot it down to the number 3 cylinder spark plug was incorrectly seated in the threads. It was causing a leak, which explained my poor fuel economy and loss of power under hard acceleration. He was very thorough and extremely honest about my options before he started to do anything. I gave him the go ahead and he fixed the issue in about 30-45mins. Recommended I change the spark plug wires because they were worn, and the number 3 cylinder wire had a burn hole in it and was arcing against the engine block. Definitely recommend this place for customer service, knowledge base, and professionalism. I will be returning here in the future for all of my maintenance actions.

Needed service on my rear brakes for my 1999 Honda Civic and Downey Car Care Center had the best price compared with 3 other places I got quotes from. And it was a pretty significant difference, not just a few bucks. It took a little over 2 hours but it was not a problem at all because they have a very clean waiting room that offers 1) free wifi 2) free coffee and refreshments 3) Entertaining informational channel on cars 4) Clean bathroom 5) Perfect air conditioning as it was a pretty hot day. They also checked a minor oil leak and gave me their honest opinion on whether or not I should have it repaired. Overall, I appreciated their honesty, courtesy, and integrity as a business and will definitely be back for future maintenance and repairs. Thanks Sean!
