Lincoln said the personnel at the business did a good job fixing the locking system on his vehicle. However, he's still having issues so he'll have to return.
This place is amazing. It's a small shop behind the also amazing car wash. I've only service my vehicle here a few times and have brought my buddy here. Every single time I've been helped out by a gentleman named Edgar who has gone above and beyond to make sure that we were happy with the service. They even offer financing. There is a window conveniently located between the work station and the waiting room just so that you feel confident knowing that they are actually changing out your oil and not just cleaning the oil filter with brake cleaner to make it look new. They will also show you what they removed from your vehicle and what they are replacing it with. Edgar was nice enough to show me exactly what was going on with one of the wheels on my buddies car. It was hidden damage that eventually could have been hazardous and we would've never found out unless he told us about it. The work that they did to his car required them to keep the car till the next morning and we were informed that they would give us a ride back home and even pick us up in the morning when the vehicle is finished! I've never heard of that. They are truly amazing.
My son need an honest reliable mechanic to repair his brakes. I Immediately refered him to Downey car care(Mike). I told my son that Mike was the man. I was so glad that my son came home and told me. "Thanks dad for sending me to Mike." He said Mike was very Professional and knowledgeable. Great Job Mike!
I recommend this place to evryone! They're very attentive to your needs, and very friendly! They always keep up with my car and my car is always good.!
Good service. Got here at 8:15 in the morning and got an oil change and car wash. Nice and comfy waiting area.

This place is awesome. They're friendly and offer complimentary coffee, water and snacks. The waiting room is clean and make the waiting comfortable. Super fast service too. I definitely recommend coming here.
We came in on a Sunday because my tire had a nail in it. The tire shop was kind of hidden driving from Firestone. I pulled up to the car wash and drove toward the back of the lot. The guy who's helped us out was friendly. It took about 20 minutes to get the tire patched up. Will return if we ever need anything in the future. Thank you for helping us out so fast.
Everything was great. They recognized me from my last wash even though it was over 2 months ago. (Bad weather) Mike from the oil change department was really helpful with my oil change and was able to answer my questions. Will be back soon.
I went in for an oil change was out in a short period of time. Although I did not have a coupon for discount I was given the reduced rate which also included a free car wash! For a positive car maintenance experience I highly recommend Downey Car Center.
