I am happy with the service done to my vehicle.

Anthony said he pulled into this business and the service manager was very polite. He directed him to where he needed to go. They got to his vehicle in right away. After his oil change, he was told he had a discounted car wash as well. It was a smooth experience.

Convenient to have service and vehicle washed a the same time. However the cost is a bit pricey for a wash.

Just got my wheel alignment done and I was very happy with the friendly service . Very clean waiting area with wifi, coffee, beverages and snacks. I also received a free car wash with my service.

Brissa said she is not satisfied with the service this business provided because she still has a service light on, even after the service was completed.

Lequon said the business takes care of him, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

Great service and fast

Patricia said there was a mix up with the light. It turned on indicating that she needed oil. They were able to check everything out and it was rectified. They fixed the problem and everything was fine.

Recently stopped by for a brake service. The techs walked me through any unforeseen maintenance issues and offered alternatives and suggestions to help fit my budget. This is my first visit to the Car Care Center although I have been going to the car wash for years. The facility is clean and modern in appearance. The technicians are dressed professionally for their work. The waiting area is very clean and more than accommodating. I admit, this Service Center has the appearance of a well kept and probably overpriced mechanic shop. Meaning that the customer is going to be paying extra for all the bells and whistles this place offers. However, I could not have been more wrong. They service and labor is more than fairly priced. I'm pleasantly surprised and happy to say I should have started coming here long before I did. They even email you and keep track of your service records. Thank you Downey Car Care Center, and thank you Shawn for the top notch service!
