I took my vehicle to Downey Care Center,for some Major Work.They were Very Reasonable,an they did a Great-Job,Luis was my Technician,he kept me informed,an did a"Great Job"!,the Other employees are Great as well,Mike,Edger,and Sean.If I have anymore issues with my vehicles,their the ones I'll be returning too,thks guys!

The manager made a great attempt to right the situation. Unfortunately my concern was the smell in the car witch is still there and then the oxidation and superficial scratches witch are still there. Is what it is. But there was created strong effort to making it right first that I'd say thanks 3 days later and my seats are still soaked the moisture in the car messed up the windows. It's a fricken mess

Have been taking my cars to get serviced here for over 5 years now, always great customer service and they get the job done quickly. If you have any issues or questions, as I did, bring it up to one of the managers and they will take care of it, I'm glad they put their customers first.
