This is a great shop. I was driving by and in need of tire services. The place is clean, customer service was exceptional and the staff were more than helpful and professional. Mike and Anthony are awesome!

I love the service I get here. The mechanics give great customer service and are very honest when both my vehicles need repairs. They even show me exactly what's wrong and the part that needs to be fix. Other mechanics I have gone in the past, don't go the extra mile. Edgar and Mike know what they are doing and are very passionate in there work. They even give suggestions and advise if I am not able to do the repairs right away. For both my vehicles I get my oil change, new tires, tire rotation, and whenever my engine light comes on. When they are done fixing my cars they put them in the car wash as a thank you for my business. I can honestly say I put my trust in them and in Downey Car Care Center.

This place is minutes away from my house. I got rotated my tires and did the alignment. The service is excellent. Great job.

Jumah said everything was taken care of and he didn't have to do much. He stated everybody pretty much did their job, without him having to look over his shoulder.

They do it all here! Went in thinking something was wrong with my breaks, the manager Hiram was honest and said my breaks were fine. Got an alignment and was on my way. Very knowledgeable and nice workers. They took the time to explain everything and I didn't feel any pressure about getting any extra work done on my car. Love that they have a car wash on site and more than one waiting area that are very clean and comfortable. Will definitely come back! And not sure if the alignment had anything to do with it but my breaks haven't made a peep since I went there yesterday.

went in to get front tires and an alignment an was approached by service person immediately. was given pricing options which were cheaper than i was expecting and was given a discount on the alignment for purchasing tires as well as a free car wash. The waiting area was clean and very comfotable supplied with free coffee ,water and snacks. the service was prompt and was given a print out of the alignment with graphics depicting before and after (i thought that was pretty cool ). i was was in and out with 2 new front tires, alignment , and a car wash in less than 40 mins. the staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. I set up an appointment for my brother and Hiram Diaz I believe it was him nothing but great customer service and helped out my brother to buy 2 tires if you ever need great quality tires and a deal or great customer service come here and thank you Hiram Diaz for taking care of my brother appreciate it bro

I came in last week for an oil change, and I was in a hurry to get it done quickly. Right when I arrived, one of the techs Mike, greeted me and took care of my car. He was very efficient and professional, and I was extremely satisfied with the service. Definitely recommending this place to my friends and family, and looking forward to working with Mike again very soon. Thank you!
