fast friendly service, very efficient employees

This is the place where you want to go if you want to get your car well taken care of. I went to get an oil change. The staff not only took care of the oil change (for a great price!) but also checked the tire pressure, fluids, and a number of other things...Free of charge! Their wait lounge is state of the art with clean restrooms, HD Television, free snacks, coffee and even a Phone charging station. The staff is also very nice and might even throw a free car wash if you ask nicely. I cannot recommend this place enough. 10/10

I would like to thank Hiram Diaz and the entire crew at Downey Car Care for the service I received today, I had taken my 1999 Honda Civic for a power issue that it had to a shop in Torrance and was told that the timing belt would probably need to be replaced, on a recommendation from a friend I then took my car to Downey Car Care, I was promptly met by Hiram when I pulled up, I explained the problem and he said he would check it out, after checking it he explained that I had a misfire on the #2 cylinder and showed me the sparkplug which was severely worn and recommended a tune up and replacing the spark plug wires, instead of the more expensive option that I was given at the other shop he also showed me an oil leak that I was unaware of, my car is now running great again, it is refreshing to do business with a shop that prides itself on honesty and integrity, needless to say you have earned my business, thank you!!!!

I been comming here for a few years i always get good service oil change and they always tell me if my car needs a fix some wear prices are fair and the vaccum your car and its a free wash the first time

I feel very welcomed when I come here I continue coming here because of one of your employees (Edgar)he's always been great, when I have the smallest worry with my car I bring the car to him and he makes sure that I leave safe and happy. Not alot of Mechanic shops are caring they simply give you a bad diagnosis specially if you're a women, but not here this is why I continue coming here for 3 years. i enjoy seeing getting my car serviced while I drink coffee which you offer in the lobby or i simply get a massage in those chairs you have.......keep up the good work!! BEST SERVICE EVER! I came here concerned that I would have a huge bill and a headache to deal with after an unexpected incident with my car. But they were honest and took care of me. They reviewed every detail and concern and didn't b.s me. I highly recommend this service and guess what you get your car washed while you are there too.
