My car battery died and they got me in and out! Nice, friendly, and quick service. This will be my new regular place for oil changes and car washes especially with their rewards program! As a young girl that can be taken advantage of easily at car repair shops, I feel like I was treated very well and will definitely be back. UPDATE: My brakes have been quite noisy and so I'm back! Once again I'm in great hands. I feel comfortable and I don't feel judged at all for the state of my car. They explain things to me in a way that is understandable and also in a way that is not overwhelming. Keep up the great work! Thank you guys for making me not DREAD getting my car worked on!

I have always been helped very efficiently. I feel they are honest in the repairs they say are needed and am very comfortable with cost and quality of service.

I deal w/ Mike and Edgar a lot in the oil changing and tire depts. They seem to be honest and straight forward. Prices could be better.

Downey Car Care Center is an amazing business! I came here after looking online for places to fix my A/C. I was able to schedule an appointment with them, and when I got there I was taken care of right away. They have a small waiting area with complimentary drinks and snacks that really makes you feel comfortable and completely forget that you're in a car shop. The mechanic took his time and really inspected my A/C to find out what was wrong. His diagnosis was that it was an electrical issue and he wouldn't be able to fix it. Since he wasn't able to fix it he refused to accept any form of payment, even after I had helped myself to the snacks provided. I was so thankful because they were honest and didn't try to get money out of me. They then referred me to Lynn's Auto Air where they were able to find the electrical issue and get my A/C going. I will definitely come back here for future maintenance to my car. They are great people.
