I deal w/ Mike and Edgar a lot in the oil changing and tire depts. They seem to be honest and straight forward. Prices could be better.

Downey Car Care Center is an amazing business! I came here after looking online for places to fix my A/C. I was able to schedule an appointment with them, and when I got there I was taken care of right away. They have a small waiting area with complimentary drinks and snacks that really makes you feel comfortable and completely forget that you're in a car shop. The mechanic took his time and really inspected my A/C to find out what was wrong. His diagnosis was that it was an electrical issue and he wouldn't be able to fix it. Since he wasn't able to fix it he refused to accept any form of payment, even after I had helped myself to the snacks provided. I was so thankful because they were honest and didn't try to get money out of me. They then referred me to Lynn's Auto Air where they were able to find the electrical issue and get my A/C going. I will definitely come back here for future maintenance to my car. They are great people.

Spoke with Mark. He said he has always received great vehicle care at this business. He wanted to thank them for their service and suggests that they should keep up the good work.

I come to Downey Car Care Center for all my car needs instead of the dealership because the staff is very knowledable, friendly, helpful. I can even visit in a Saturday much busier during the week but they the friendly staff are sleazy and efficient. The waiting room is always clean & stocked with coffee, water & goodies for the kids. I have been to this location several times and always great friendly service! I highly recommend. us I got a free car wash with my oil change....

i messaged them for a quote on getting my brakes replaced and not only did they respond very quickly, i was able to schedule an appointment and be seen the same day. they were amazing!. fast service, VERY friendly staff, super comfy waiting room with complimentary snacks, beverages, and a TV. the owner was so kind and went above and to make sure i was satisfied with my service. 100% will return for future service.

The people are friendly & there are very nice. Clean bathroom too.

A little busy this time but a little extra time isn't a problem I can't handle. Will be back for my next oil change because it's faster than the dealer and cheaper.
