I somehow managed to get a screw in my tire, so I had to have somebody come out and change my tire to a spare. While waiting, I messaged a few companies on Yelp to find out how much it would be to patch my tire. This company answered so quickly and said that they wouldn't charge me and just to bring it in. I brought my car in and they patched up the tire, switched the tire, and put my spare away. I was there for maybe 15 minutes. In that time, I asked about new tires and they gave me a couple different options. When all was said and done, the guy came to tell me that my car was ready and that I needed new brakes. I figured as much, but told him that I would be back. I came back the following Monday after scheduling an appointment for 9 am. This is where there was a couple little issues. First, when I walked in, there was nobody in sight. I mean nobody in the office, nobody in the garage, nobody across the way, so I called them and suddenly there were several people. It was weird. Anyways, so they told me that it would be about $170 per axel and I needed both changed, so I did that. I wish I had known that they would take 3 1/2 hours to change my brakes, then they would have the neighboring car wash clean it for me. The first time I was there, the lady said that there was another waiting room. This time, nobody told me about that. After reading the other reviews, I wish I had been in that waiting room. My patience might have been extended. I was so ready to go and I could see all the people waiting at the car wash, so I thanked them for washing my car, but said that I had to go and left before they could dry it. Would I go back? Definitely, I just need to go back when there's people to show me the other waiting room and I need to ask how long it is going to take. I wish they had the receptionist that they had on the first day there on the second day. She was super friendly and would have made the second day better.
