I always get great service. The staff here are awesome. A big thank you to Mike (at the oil change dept) who always took care of my car. And he always gave me an honest feedback in regards to any car maintenance.

This is my second visit. I had such a WONDERFUL experience with Hiram and Alfonso. I had the misfortune to pick up a huge bolt not a nail or screw but a huge bolt and I had very little time and I had to get it fixed of course so I was referred to Downey Car Care Center by a Co-Worker. So on my lunch I drove my truck over and I saw a lot of cars and I got worried thinking that I wasn't going to be able to get my tire fixed and a gentleman by the name of Alfonso walked up to me and asked if I needed help so I explained my problem and he said not to worry he took my keys and the next thing I know he had my tire off and he was patching the hole, a few moments later Hiram was there asking me if I needed help with anything else and handed me his business card and he said to feel free to call if I needed anything for my truck and the next thing I know Alfonso was handing me my keys and I was all done. Tire pressure in all tires checked and my tire that was fixed was balanced and all. I am so very pleased with the service here. I will continue to refer this place to my friends and family. My first vist was awesome too. 10 Stars**********

I made a note of Downey car care center after I noticed that they are open on Sundays. I went in for an oil change, about 3 years ago, & have been with them ever since. I've been satisfied with their promptness & attention to my questions. In fact, I have recommended them to my friends & family.

Outstanding customer service. Professional with a friendly attitude and comfortable setting. No pressure to purchase additional products or services. Can't say enough about the quality and care displayed. I will be coming back and spreading the word of Downey Car Care customer service. They included a free car was that was worth its weight in gold. In my case the 100 mile round rip travel time was an investment. Thank You Downey Car Care for a job well done.

Had to replace my tire because of a nail in it. Was serviced quick and well taken care of. I came in on a Sunday, this was the only place open within a 6 mile radius. I will come here again.
